Miriam R. Gamson

Miriam Gamson's practice focuses on all phases of real estate transactions and finance. Ms. Gamson has extensive experience representing clients in connection with the structuring, restructuring, documenting and closing of acquisitions, dispositions and financing of real estate, including office buildings, shopping centers, pad sites, hotels and multi-family housing as well as representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with work-out transactions. She also has extensive experience representing national and regional financial institutions in connection with the structuring, restructuring, negotiating and documenting of loans. Her practice has also included participation in representing underwriters and investors in real estate conduit transactions.

Prior to joining SniderWeinstein, Ms. Gamson practiced law for over 22 years in Texas and Washington, D.C. with the law firms of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue and Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr. A native of Los Angeles, California, she received her B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1981 and her law degree from Tulane University, with honors in 1984. She is a member of the District of Columbia and State of Texas Bars.
