Kathleen (Kathy) Weinstein is a founding member of Snider & Weinstein PLLC. Prior to forming the Firm on February 1, 2007, Ms. Weinstein was a partner at WilmerHale practicing real estate law.
Practice
Ms. Weinstein has a commercial real estate transactional practice involving the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of various types of commercial real estate. She represents clients in the formation and restructuring of joint ventures, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. She also represents clients in small business mergers, acquisitions and sales.
