Brian Donegan practices commercial real estate law involving the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of office buildings, multi-family developments and retail shopping centers. He also represents clients in the formation and restructuring of joint ventures, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.
Before joining Snider & Weinstein PLLC, Mr. Donegan practiced with the firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in both the litigation and real estate departments. Mr. Donegan earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude from Virginia Tech in 1985 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond in 1993. Mr. Donegan is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
